We provide follow-up, lead-recovery, and communication services for home service contractors. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are agreed separately between you and us before services begin.

We do not knowingly provide services to or collect information from anyone under 18.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your carrier, your device, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Fees, billing terms, and any trial arrangements are set out in the separate agreement applicable to your engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once services have been performed.

We work to deliver strong outcomes, but results depend on factors outside our control, including your existing pipeline, market conditions, and your participation. Except where a specific performance guarantee is expressly agreed in writing, we do not warrant any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
